About the Role

As a member of the Finance team, you will have a direct impact on the organization through the management and execution of various financial processes and provide hands-on support on our daily activities. You will be an energetic and self-motivated professional, happy to have a hands-on role and you will get involved in a wide range of processes, in order to understand and implement improvements and standardization.

Key tasks for this ambitious and outgoing candidate will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the international revenue teams to ensure billing is undertaken in accordance to guidelines.
  • Review contracts, sales orders and prepare associated invoices.
  • Respond to customer billing email inquiries and accurately resolve questions/disputes with regards to invoicing.
  • Managing communications with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in audit related activities.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, including process improvements, system implementations & new product launches.
  • Keeping customer database up to date.
