Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end projects, translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, and drive architecture decisions. You will build and deploy end-to-end applications, work with GenAI/LLM-based use cases, and collaborate with product owners to deliver value with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes independent delivery within a lean team, integration of AI into real-world use cases, and strong emphasis on architecture and design

About the Role

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership
• Gather requirements directly from business users
• Perform business analysis and data analysis
• Design system architecture
• Develop solutions
• Support testing and validation
• Work with DevOps team for deployment
• Provide ongoing support after release
• AI/GenAI Solution Development
• Build applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI APIs)
• Implement use cases such as:
• Content summarisation
• Intelligent filtering and categorisation
• Evaluate when AI is appropriate vs traditional coding approaches
• Full Stack Development
• Work across the entire stack rather than specialised roles
• Handle:
• Backend logic
• Data processing
• Integration layers
• No separation into traditional roles (DB, UI, middleware)
• Architecture & Design Decision-Making
• Independently design and justify technical architecture
• Make decisions for greenfield projects
• Explain trade-offs and reasoning behind implementation choices
