We're looking for motivated insurance professionals with previous technical insurance knowledge to join our leading bid management team.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Manage and develop bespoke insurance proposals and RFP responses for major clients and prospects, including some of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in Ireland.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across Marsh to define project scope, timelines, and requirements, overseeing the entire process from pre-bid through to debrief.
  • Encourage and support colleagues to uphold best practices and foster innovative ideas.
  • Serve as a key contributor within a high-performing function of the Marsh business, ensuring clients and prospects receive the highest quality service and solutions.
  • Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
What you will need to have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at executive level.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and verify work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Leverage a solid insurance background, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  • CIP Qualified, (minimum APA required).
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analysis, and to recommend effective improvements.
