Job summary

PayU is seeking an experienced BI Developer to turn complex data into trusted insights across the CEE region. You will design data models, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and optimize ETL processes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights in a dynamic fintech environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Poznań office, and a flexible benefits package through MyBenefit.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in data modelling, data analysis or data engineering.
Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
Fluent Polish and English (min. B2).
Experience in project management methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop standardized data models to meet diverse business needs.
Create insightful and interactive data visualizations using Tableau to drive business decisions.
Optimize and maintain existing data processes and pipelines for efficiency and performance.
Maintain and monitor daily ETL processes, ensuring reliability and data accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Support project management activities related to data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
Use AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day development and help shape responsible usage across data work.
