Job summary

The Franke LLC is seeking a BI Developer to design, develop and optimize BI reports for the Foodservice Division. You will translate complex business needs into robust data architectures, mentor junior developers, and drive data strategy.

You will build dashboards with BI tools, own data integration pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with analysts to deliver actionable insights while adhering to governance and security standards. This role may require occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional BI, data analytics, or data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations for business users.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and security practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advanced report and dashboard development using BI tools.
• Lead requirements gathering with business analysts and translate needs into specs.
• Architect and govern end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Design automated testing and validation for BI solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of BI systems.
