Overview

⚡ BESS Field Service Engineers – Multiple Regions of Poland

📍 Various locations Poland | 🌍 Travel required | 🕒 Full-time

We’re hiring Field Service Engineers to support Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You’ll report to the O&M Manager and be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer support across our sites.

Responsibilities

• Preventative/reactive maintenance, troubleshooting & warranty repairs
• Software & firmware upgrades, performance monitoring, data analysis
• Remote diagnostics & customer phone support
• Spare parts management & safety compliance
• Risk assessments, safety measures, daily reports & admin
• Support product development & provide improvement feedback

Requirements

• Electrical/electro-mechanical qualification
• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience
• IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, IP troubleshooting)
• Site safety qualification
• Willingness to travel, incl. overnight/international

Preferred

• BESS experience
• HV/LV power electronics knowledge
• HVAC/F-Gas qualification
• IT & networking (RDP, VLANs, MODBUS/TCP)
• C&G2391-5 Test & Inspect, BS7671, HV authorization
