Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our finance projects in Poland. You will perform business and system analysis for banking applications, define requirements with business units, and validate user stories while coordinating with IT teams and testers.

You'll model functionality using UML or BPMN, maintain documentation, and support applications in testing environments. Polish language fluency and relocation to Poland are required.

Qualifications

• ,5+ years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-system analysis
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of system-to-system communication (REST, Kafka, WSO2)
• Experience in banking IT projects
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Technical higher education in computer science or related fields
• Must be located in Poland and fluent in Polish

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business and system analysis for banking applications
• Collaboration with business units to define business requirements
• Gathering and analyzing requirements, and preparing and validating user stories
• Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and testers in development of applications and ensuring quality
• Coordination of tasks between IT teams regarding implemented functionality
• Modeling functionality (UML or BPMN) according to accepted standards
• Maintaining and managing functional documentation for deployments
• Working with the team's backlog
• Supporting applications in the testing environment
