Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned system analyst to work on banking projects, including investments, payments, mortgages, and everyday banking processes. You will help design and restructure key credit workflows, both front-end and back-end, as part of a new modular architecture.

You will collaborate with business units, developers, testers and IT teams to gather requirements, create user stories, model solutions with UML/BPMN, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-system analysis.
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of system-to-system communication (REST, Kafka, WSO2).
• Experience in banking IT projects and relational databases.
• Academic background in computer science or related field.
• Fluency in Polish; location in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements.
• Gather, analyze and validate user stories.
• Work with stakeholders, developers and testers to ensure quality.
• Coordinate IT team tasks and deliver functionality.
• Model features with UML or BPMN standards.
• Maintain functional documentation for deployments.
• Engage with backlog and testing environments.
