A leading financial services company in Poland is seeking a Marketing Sr. Manager to lead marketing research initiatives and manage professional teams. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and extensive marketing experience. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree, with a preference for a master's degree. This position offers a full-time opportunity to drive strategic marketing insights and contribute to business success.
The Marketing Sr. Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and coordinates to contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Develops communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers on occasion. Has responsibility for the volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results in an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within the area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget, and planning, and duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations, and may include budget approval.
