The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional back-office customer support via email for the German market, with minimal call volume.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing previous interactions and utilizing internal tools.
  • Handle refunds and GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
  • Ensure each customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+/C1) in speaking and writing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
  • Typing speed of over 150 characters per minute and good computer skills.
  • Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin.
