Job summary

Manufacturo is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to join our product engineering team and help build, evolve, and scale our SaaS platform for manufacturing operations. The role focuses on the core platform with close links to planning, inventory, quality, and shopfloor workflows.

You will own APIs, data models, and business logic, working with engineers, product owners, testers, and designers to deliver practical, reliable solutions in a high-change environment while maintaining engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Experience designing REST/HTTP APIs for production systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a complex SaaS platform for manufacturing operations.
• Design APIs, business logic, and data models for workflows across production, planning, inventory, quality, and shopfloor.
• Improve reliability, maintainability, and performance as the system grows.
• Investigate and resolve issues across application logic, databases, and services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, testers, and designers to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and engineering process improvements.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to support coding and debugging.
