Job summary

TeamQuest, a rapidly growing Polish HR tech consultant, seeks a Backend .NET Developer for multi-location teams. You will design and implement integrations with external systems, maintain asynchronous data exchanges, and generate API clients from OpenAPI contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with AI tools in development.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 8 or newer).
• Practical experience with SOAP/XML integrations, REST/OpenAI integrations.
• Asynchronous architecture – message queues, callbacks, idempotency, state persistence.
• Good knowledge of databases and domain model mapping.
• Docker and CI/CD
• Git in gitflow model.
• English language proficiency for reading technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrations with external systems (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON).
• Maintaining asynchronous data exchange mechanisms (queues, callbacks, idempotency).
• Generating/updating API clients from OpenAPI contracts; handling version changes.
• Building and maintaining mocks of external systems for tests.
• Implementing business logic in a BPMN engine and decision rules.
• Configuring environments (Docker, CI/CD) and participating in releases.
• Analyzing defects from tests/production and applying quick fixes.
• Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team.
