TeamQuest, a rapidly growing Polish HR tech firm, seeks a Backend .NET Developer to design and maintain integrations, data exchange, and API clients. You will implement BPMN-based logic, configure Docker environments, and support releases. Strong C#/.NET skills and experience with AI tools are required.

Remote work is possible, with tasks spanning multiple Polish cities and projects for financial and automotive sectors. Collaboration with client teams and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with AI tools in development
• Proficient in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+)
• Practical experience with SOAP/XML integrations and REST/OpenAI integrations
• Knowledge of asynchronous architecture and message queues
• Databases knowledge and domain model mapping
• Docker and CI/CD
• Git in gitflow model
• English for reading technical documentation
• Strong collaboration with client-side personnel
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrations with external systems (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON)
• Maintaining asynchronous data exchange mechanisms (queues, callbacks, idempotency)
• Generating API clients from OpenAPI contracts
• Building mocks of external systems for tests
• Implementing business rules in a BPMN engine (C#)
• Configuring environments (Docker, CI/CD) and supporting releases
• Analyzing defects from tests and production logs with team
• Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team
