Job summary

A technology research group in Poland is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their core engineering team. You will be responsible for backend development of AI Agent products and play a key role in building the open-source community. Tasks

• You will join our core engineering team, responsible for backend development of AI Agent products.
• You will help build our open-source community and ecosystem around the models and products.
• You will work with top researchers, optimizing model evaluation frameworks from the engineering side, building data flywheels, and improving model performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience, good English reading / writing skills
• Solid foundation in CS, networking, and databases
• Familiar with Python backend & SDK development; frontend experience is a plus
• Highly self-driven, with ownership mindset—aiming not just to complete tasks, but to do them well
• Sensitive to product and customer (developer) needs
