Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or DevOps Lead, with deep expertise in Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience leading teams and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to contribute to pre-sales conversations and discovery workshops.

We're hiring an Azure DevOps Tech Lead on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company that helps businesses build solid DevOps practices and cloud solutions, to join their team and lead their DevOps engineers.

In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with direct client engagement and pre-sales support. You'll guide the client's internal DevOps team, work with their customers to design the right DevOps and cloud solutions, and help shape modern applications, products, and systems used across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with best practices

What We're Looking For

Must Have
