Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to join its Data, Analytics & Insights team in Warsaw.

The role focuses on building and maintaining data platform infrastructure in Azure while improving automation and ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You will collaborate with data engineering teams and business users, apply Terraform IaC, develop DevOps pipelines, and provide third-line support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data platform engineering, building and optimising data infrastructure.
Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Good knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
Experience building DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions or similar.
Proficiency in Python, with scripting experience in Bash and PowerShell.
Understanding of infrastructure automation and modern DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and business users.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain the data platform and core tooling within Azure.
Ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, secure and performant.
Develop and maintain data platform tools and frameworks for business needs.
Use Terraform IaC to automate cloud deployments and management.
Build and maintain DevOps pipelines to improve deployments and efficiency.
Collaborate with data engineering teams and business users to gather requirements.
Provide third-line support for platform issues.
Ensure data infra aligns with wider technical standards.
Evaluate new technologies and approaches to improve the platform.
Stay up to date with Azure, data engineering and cloud best practices.
