Job summary

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to administer and monitor enterprise cloud environments and design Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones. You will build cloud services across compute, storage and networking, and automate tasks using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash or Go.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, 2+ years in a Cloud Engineer position, Azure certifications, strong knowledge of Azure services, and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of information technology experience.
• At least 2 years in a Cloud Engineer or comparable position.
• Holding certificates: AZ-305 or AZ-104 or equivalent AWS/GCP.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing or operating Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services covering identity, networking, compute, storage, containers and related enterprise services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service and DevOps principles.
• Strong scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash or Go.
• Experience administering Linux environments, preferably Red Hat.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, auditing and monitoring tools.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor enterprise cloud environments.
• Design, implement and operate Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones.
• Build and maintain cloud services across compute, storage and networking.
• Monitor cloud resource utilisation and related reports.
• Provision and de-provision development environments and DevOps projects.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Go or related languages.
• Prepare and maintain technical policies, guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide second-line cloud support and coordinate escalations.
• Implement changes through established change, configuration and release processes.
• Participate in technical coordination and project meetings.
