Job summary

RED Global is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Azure infrastructure. You will build CI/CD pipelines, create reusable IaC templates, and manage migrations while ensuring security governance and FinOps alignment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, IaC tools, and Databricks, plus strong English communication. A hybrid work model is offered with on-site days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft Azure environments.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates; skilled in deployment pipelines.
• Core Azure networking, IAM, compute, storage, backup/DR, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data-tier infrastructure.
• Certifications AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or DP-750 preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize scalable enterprise Azure infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and identity.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, reusable IaC templates, and automation scripts to accelerate cloud delivery and management.
• Monitor cloud service health, performance, and costs (FinOps), resolving complex technical incidents and driving root cause analysis (RCA).
• Lead and support cloud migrations, new service onboarding, and infrastructure lifecycle upgrades.
• Ensure all cloud environments comply with operational standards, technical governance, and enterprise security policies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery leads to translate architectural blueprints into resilient, production-ready cloud solutions.
• Support data platform enablement and infrastructure operations, including workloads on Azure Databricks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering landing zones, architectures, topologies, and operational procedures.
