Job summary

ELEKS DevOps Office is seeking a Middle DevOps Engineer to join an international wealth management project. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining AWS infrastructure for a new platform, establishing environments from scratch, and delivering automated deployment pipelines.

You will work with ECS/Fargate, Terraform, Docker, and cutting-edge AI-powered tools to optimize engineering productivity and ensure scalability and cost efficiency. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, CloudWatch, and Application Load Balancers.
• Strong experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and experience building automated deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Good knowledge of cloud networking, security, access management, and AWS best practices.
• Experience designing reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
• Ability to establish infrastructure, environments, and engineering processes from scratch.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure for a new wealth management platform.
• Establish cloud environments, infrastructure standards, and operational processes from scratch.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Manage containerized workloads using ECS, Fargate, and Docker.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards using CloudWatch.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and development workflows.
• Apply AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
