HeadHR w Warszawie poszukuje doświadczonego architekta rozwiązań AWS, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań chmurowych.

Oczekiwane są umiejętności w zakresie automatyzacji, DevOps, znajomość ekosystemu AWS oraz doświadczenie w programowaniu. Wymagana jest też biegłość w języku angielskim i polskim.

Qualifications

• Praktyczne doświadczenie z ekosystemem AWS, w tym Transit Gateway, IAM, Aurora, SageMaker.
• Doświadczenie w projektowaniu systemów rozproszonych i migracji do chmury.
• Umiejętność komunikowania złożonych koncepcji technicznych.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie rozwiązań chmurowych zgodnie z zasadami AWS.
• Definiowanie standardów automatyzacji i nadzorowanie wdrożeń Terraform.
• Prowadzenie zespołów inżynieryjnych i przeprowadzanie warsztatów technicznych z interesariuszami.

Job description

Requirements:

• Rich, practical experience working with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as Transit Gateway, IAM principles, Aurora, and SageMaker.
• Documented experience in designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or creating entirely new cloud environments.
• Strong experience in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD processes, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying a "Security by Design" approach.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to both software engineers and business stakeholders without technical knowledge.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification or relevant AWS specialist certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or partner environment, managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical environments.
• Experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Go, or TypeScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams and support them.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Polish in both speech and writing.

• AWS Architecture: Design cloud-native solutions (HLD/LLD) utilizing the full range of AWS services, ensuring alignment with the AWS Well-Architected Framework for security, reliability, and cost‑optimization.
• IaC Strategy: Define automation standards and oversee Terraform deployments across projects.
• Modernization: Drive the adoption of advanced patterns, including Kubernetes (EKS), serverless (Lambda/Fargate), and event‑driven architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a "guiding star" for engineering teams, providing the guidance necessary to translate vision into software and solving complex technical obstacles.
• Innovation & Quality: Lead PoC and MVP development to mitigate risks. Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise‑class standards.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and design multi‑year cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Pre‑sales Support: Act as a technical expert during the sales process, assisting in effort estimation, defining Scope of Work (SoW), and presenting technical capabilities.
