Job summary

Jobgether in Poland is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer with mid-level experience to design, deploy and optimize AWS environments for diverse client needs. You will combine hands-on infra engineering with client advisory, using IaC, CI/CD, containerization, and automation to build scalable cloud setups.

You will work on securing architectures, addressing performance and cost challenges, and staying updated with AWS services and best practices while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cloud Engineer / AWS Engineer / DevOps in production or client environments.
• Hands-on AWS resource deployment and configuration.
• IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
• Kubernetes clusters and containerized deployments.
• AWS networking, VPC and security principles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Openness to work with varied client environments and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain modular cloud systems and infrastructure within AWS.
• Advise clients on design, architecture, and implementation of modern AWS cloud technologies.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment challenges across cloud environments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management.
• Implement CI/CD processes using GitLab, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
• Configure Kubernetes clusters and support containerized deployments.
• Design and maintain secure AWS networking environments (VPC configurations and controls).
• Optimize cloud operations for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure data storage and processing solutions meet client requirements and standards.
• Apply AWS security best practices throughout architecture and delivery.
• Stay current with emerging AWS services and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to deliver effective solutions.
