Job summary

HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AVP - Risks and Compliance Testing to execute independent testing of controls across RC and FC processes within the Second Line of Defense.

The role focuses on identifying deficiencies, validating findings with stakeholders, and driving effective actions in a large financial services setting. The candidate will support the annual compliance monitoring plan and collaborate with Risk Stewards, ensuring adherence to HBCE’s methods.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RC and FC risks in financial services.
• Experience in an Assurance team or other 2LoD activities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and ability to justify findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent testing and review of controls across RC and FC processes.
• Identify deficiencies and root causes to enable action plans.
• Validate findings with stakeholders and escalate significant control deficiencies.
• Draft reports proposing issues and summarising root causes.
• Inform Risk Owners and Control Owners about the design and effectiveness of controls.
• Support design and execution of control activities and testing templates.
