Job summary

CHC Helicopters Services is hiring an Aviation Maintenance Support Engineer to support the Maintenance Support Centre in Rzeszow, Poland. The MSC provides round-the-clock technical and engineering support to CHC Helicopter Services Worldwide Maintenance Operations.

The role focuses on identifying, provisioning, and communicating maintenance and repair data, liaising with OEMs and vendors, and supporting line maintenance with expedient solutions to return aircraft to service.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or equivalent with formal aviation maintenance qualification.
Experience in Aviation Industry and Part-CAMO/Part-145 environments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and electronic maintenance docs systems.
Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English (min B2/C1) — listening, speaking and writing.
Legal right to live and work in Poland.

Responsibilities

Identify safe, approved maintenance solutions for line maintenance requests.
Coordinate with maintenance and flight operations to return AOG aircraft to service.
Communicate with OEMs, vendors, and internal experts for approved data.
Provide troubleshooting guidance referencing manuals and historical data.
Monitor aircraft technical status and provide status updates as needed.
Coordinate technical aspects of AOG recovery for efficiency.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
