Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a motivated Avaloq specialist to join its global Avaloq Team. You will analyse, design, and implement Avaloq software for banking clients, taking on functional and technical responsibilities in key business areas.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree, is a Certified Avaloq Professional with at least 3 years of experience in Avaloq parameterisation, and demonstrates strong analytical thinking, proactive approach, and excellent English and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a STEM field
• Certified Avaloq Professional with 3+ years in business analysis and parameterisation of Avaloq software
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach and results orientation
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and implement the Avaloq software in various business areas for banking clients
• Take on functional and technical responsibility on projects for specific business areas
• Develop functional or technical specifications according to client needs
• Support coaching of consultants and training of users
• Be involved in product and business development
