Job summary

AeroVect is advancing autonomous ground support with a focus on safe deployments and scalable operations across global customers. The Deployment & Release Manager will coordinate deployment approvals, verification, and release processes for AV fleets, partnering with Engineering and Safety to ensure compliance and high availability.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with developing and managing safety-critical autonomous deployments.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage XFN teams to align on a unified process vision.
• Ability to articulate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the process to evaluate and approve deployments for defined Operational Design Domains (ODDs).
• Ensure that only verified, validated, and approved systems and vehicles are deployed.
• Support the bringup process for new AVs, from receipt to commissioning to first autonomous missions.
• Own and drive the release process to evaluate and approve recurring SW updates, including gates, QA, etc.
