Job summary

Solid in Kraków seeks a Master’s-level engineer to own vehicle features end-to-end, from definition to delivery, aligning with customer needs and technical specs.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers, coordinate external vendors, document technical details, and support calibration, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring quality standards and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and software programming.
• Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned vehicle features from alignment to delivery.
• Analyse customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Define feature parameters and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Coordinate engineering teams and external vendors.
• Work closely with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Analyse feature performance during test drives and vehicle testing.
• Support calibration and tuning of the final feature.
• Participate in system reviews, technical discussions, and meetings.
• Maintain indirect communication with the customer on technical topics.
• Support innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
