Job summary

3M is seeking an Automotive Sales Account Executive to drive profitable growth in the automotive market. You will engage with OEMs, Tiers, and Converters, coordinating with Global Key Account Management and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored 3M solutions and support regional priorities.

Fluency in English and Polish is required, with a background in complex B2B sales and portfolio management. The role is Hybrid in Poland, with travel up to 50% and a potential shift between home office
