Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Hardware Engineer/PCB Designer with automotive exposure to join our technology team. You will craft schematics, select components, and ensure designs meet electrical, thermal and EMC requirements.

You will also develop wiring harnesses, assemble manufacturing data, and participate in hardware validation, reviews and testing to support project milestones. Fluency in German and English is required, along with hands-on ECAD tool experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years as Hardware Engineer/PCB Designer in automotive context
• Proficient German (min B1/B2) for HQ collaboration
• Good English (min B1/B2) for daily communication
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer or KiCad
• Degree in electrical engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Create schematic designs based on requirements and select components
• Build and review library parts with documentation
• Design PCB layouts with electrical, thermal, and EMC constraints
• Develop wiring harnesses and prepare detailed manufacturing data and specifications
• Conduct hardware commissioning and electrical validation
• Perform HW pentesting and design reviews
