Job summary

MSX International in Warsaw is seeking junior analyst specialists to support dealer networks with data-driven insights and market analyses. You will help transform business data into actionable maps and reports, contributing to strategic decisions.

In the first 90 days you will meet the team, receive training on warranty claims and brand policies, and learn MSX values. Native Polish and fluent English are required; BI experience and advanced Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Native Polish and fluent English required.
• University degree in economics/finance is nice to have.
• BI experience and advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, modify, and terminate authorizations and update databases.
• Audit processes to ensure compliance of locations with role requirements.
• Update central databases (DMD/CMDW) and other data points.
• Transform business data into analytical maps and reports.
• Produce market analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare specialized market analyses of vehicle distribution and benchmarking.
