Job summary

Marketing.com in Poland is seeking an Automation Support Specialist to oversee automated order processing systems that support print and fulfillment operations. You will bridge technical systems and production workflows, collaborating with the Business Automation team and production stakeholders to optimize end-to-end processes.

While not primarily a development role, experience in C# and the .NET Framework is highly preferred, with opportunities to grow into development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a technical or support role related to automation or production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies.
• Understanding of databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
• C#/.NET experience, or solid understanding of programming fundamentals, and a desire to grow into a development role are highly preferred.
• Candidates located in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones are preferred for alignment with core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and confirm success of automated processing workflows.
• Identify workflow improvements with the business.
• Collaborate with IT to evaluate and execute improvements.
• Support automated processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Address inquiries and problems related to assigned functions and document performance.
• Develop progress reports and requirements documentation for projects.
