Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Wrocław. You will focus on requirements-based functional testing of web, mobile, and embedded medical software and contribute to test automation using Python.

You will design test cases from requirements, maintain tests, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and other QA teams. The role requires on-site work and strong English and Polish skills.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Wrocław.
• Solid practice in designing, executing, and maintaining functional tests from requirements.
• Experience in automation using Python and embedded testing.
• Ability to read specifications critically and spot gaps before coding.
• Familiar with Jira and a test management tool (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar).
• Residency in Poland and fluent English with advanced Polish.

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on requirements-based functional testing of web, mobile, and embedded medical software. You will also have the opportunity to work on test automation using Python in embedded systems. Your contributions will be valuable across various projects, and we are committed to helping you develop your skills further. This position requires a willingness to work on-site at the office in Wrocław. Your tasks

• Analyzing requirements, specifications, and risk analyses to design test cases that trace back to them
• Executing and maintaining functional test suites for web, mobile, and embedded medical software
• Writing and updating test specifications, protocols, and reports that comply with audits and regulatory reviews
• Test automation using Python
• Reporting, reproducing, and tracking defects, and verifying fixes
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, dev-ops, and external QA teams to agree on acceptance criteria and resolve unclear or conflicting requirements early

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Wrocław
• Solid practice in designing, executing, and maintaining functional tests derived from written requirements and specifications
• Experience in automation using Python and in embedded testing
• Ability to read specifications critically, spotting gaps, ambiguity, and contradictions before they reach code
• Comfortable with Jira and a test management tool (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar)
• Very good spoken and written English and an advanced level of Polish
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Linux command line
• Interest in applying AI tools in QA work
• Familiarity with Bluetooth/BLE device communication
• Exposure to CI/CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines)
• Previous work in testing medical devices
