Job summary

Iautomatyka in Poland is seeking an Automation Engineer to support the implementation and enhancement of automated mechanical systems. You will help design, deploy, and optimize automation solutions across manufacturing lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data exchange with PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other control systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing automation, strong CAD skills, and a hands-on approach to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, MES and other industrial control systems for data exchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional international team.
• Proven experience in automation design and implementation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
• Experience in integrating mechanical automation systems with software platforms, including PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other industrial control systems to enable seamless operation and data exchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
