Job summary

Bosch is seeking an IT Systems & Automation Engineer to drive reliability, modernization, and automated operations of critical enterprise systems and data lifecycle infrastructure globally.

You will champion automated workflows, maintain multi-tier environments (Windows Server, databases, and app platforms), and reduce bottlenecks through proactive engineering for high availability and scalable services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Managing multi-tier enterprise systems (Windows Server, Oracle/SQL databases, data lifecycle platforms).
• Automating routine tasks and maintenance workflows.
• Onboarding new systems, automated workflows, and archiving processes.
• Patching, upgrades, and system hardening of existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and escalation to vendors when needed.
• Monitoring infrastructure health, performance, and service availability.
• Advising internal stakeholders on systems management and automation.
