Job summary

ISS is seeking an Automation Developer in Warsaw to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes. You will leverage Power Platform and UiPath to deliver scalable automations, ensure reliability, and document solutions for future maintenance.

Collaborating with Automation Analysts and SMEs, you’ll identify opportunities, implement improvements, and optimize performance across diverse teams and international projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath development experience is required.
• Experience creating automations with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Understanding of software development, testing and deployment practices.
• Nice to have scripting languages such as TypeScript or Python.

Main purpose of the position

The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. The role acts as a technical specialist in identifying automation opportunities, delivering scalable solutions using Power Platform and UiPath technologies, and ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and performance of automated processes and applications.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and UiPath technologies.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation solutions and business applications.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for deployed automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement automation opportunities.

Who you’ll work with

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Automation Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and fellow developers, to design and deliver automation solutions that create measurable business value.

Key qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development (required).
• Proven experience in developing applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
