Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a seasoned technical professional for a 12-18 month mission on a construction/engineering project. You will coordinate subcontractors, verify schedules and quality, and implement automation-related improvements and documentation.

Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication are essential. You will work with AB controllers and Aveva Wonderware in a dynamic FMCG environment, ensuring on-site compliance and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical bachelor discipline is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing, consumer goods, or automotive.
• Experience with AB controllers and plant automation is essential.
• Familiarity with Aveva Wonderware for HMI/SCADA tasks is expected.
• Strong problem solving, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor work on the construction site.
• Verify subcontractor activities align with the schedule.
• Check subcontractor scope against guidelines and quality standards.
• Respond to on-site changes and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Identify risks and prepare response plans for each risk.
• Support project team with I/O checks and testing of automated sequences.
• Provide technical support and report corrective actions to subcontractors.
• Parameterize automation devices and implement improvements.
• Create and update project documentation and electrical drawings.
• Read, analyze, and correct electrical documentation.
• Maintain progress tracking to meet defined objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership within the team.
• Utilize MS Office for reporting and documentation.
