Job summary

Red Moth Technologies in Krakow, Poland is seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to implement and support Atlassian Cloud and Data-center solutions, manage on-prem migration to cloud, and upgrade the Atlassian stack.

You will lead automation, monitoring, and training, provide technical leadership, and organize sessions to improve system reliability and cost efficiency.

This role requires strong English, Linux/Windows experience, cloud services, and REST API proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, build/release or related roles.
• Expert with Atlassian stack (cloud/data-centers) including JIRA/Confluence/Trello/Bitbucket/Bamboo/Fisheye/Opsgenie/Crowd.

Job description

Implement and support Atlassian Cloud and Data-centers solutions

Atlassian On-prem migration to cloud options

Perform Atlassian tools upgrade and updates or downgrades

Propose further improvements of the Atlassian Stack

Provide technical leadership, administrative user support for the Atlassian Stack

Organize training sessions on Atlassian Stack where necessary.

Design and implement automated systems that validate the health of the Atlassian Stack

Design and implement key monitoring systems for the Atlassian Stack

Discover and capitalize on automation of the Atlassian infrastructure and maintenance

Provide leadership for project activities to ensure product high performance, quality, and cost productiveness

Monitor projects progress and provides technical direction.

Customize Atlassian stack features of the application interface

Requirements and Skills

5years + experience working in the capacity of a DevOps role, build/release engineer, or any other software development related job

Expert level knowledge and experience with Atlassian stack cloud and data-centers, eg. JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Fisheye, Opsgenie, Acess, Crowd

Experience in performing Atlassian upgrades, migrations, and plugin installations

Demonstrated experience working with API’s (REST)

Knowledge of cloud services(AWS,Azure,Google)

Knowledge of databases e.g. Mysql, Postgre, Oracle

Experience with the Adaptavist script runner plugin(Behaviors)

Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows servers administration

Working knowledge of SAFe Agile Framework and Agile methodologies(Scrum,Kanban)

Experience in using Groovy, Java and Bash scripting

Experience with source code management tools, e.g. Bitbucket, Fisheye, Crucible and\or GitHub

Working knowledge/experience with continuous integration tools, e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins

Good knowledge of Software Configuration Management best practices and procedures

Proven ability to multi-task

Self-motivated and adaptable to change

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have but not a must !

Working Knowledge of Ansible, Terra-form, Kubernetes and docker
