SAP is seeking a CX-focused consultant to support full-lifecycle Customer Experience implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP Commerce, or Emarsys. You translate customer processes from lead-to-order to case management and connect CX to enterprise systems, communicating clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Bring It

Your SAP Customer Experience foundation covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP Commerce, or Emarsys. You understand customer processes from lead-to-order to case management, and connect CX to enterprise systems. Your structured approach and clear communication make you effective with both technical and business stakeholders.

Build It

You will support full-lifecycle CX implementations, from fit-gap workshops and solution design through to go-live. You translate business requirements into specifications, assist with SAP CX integrations, and support system testing. You contribute to end-user training and build reusable templates and lessons learned for the practice.

Belong

This team advises enterprise customers on some of their most significant CX transformation programmes. You work in cross-functional squads with integration, data, and quality specialists across multiple global engagements. SAP supports your growth through CX certification pathways and a practice built on shared knowledge.

Compensation Range Transparency

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process.
