Great, if you answered yes to both, then we are looking for you.

This is a hybrid role based in the Warsaw office.

You could join the world’s leading retail network, connecting trading partners globally to optimize supply chain operations. They support data-driven partnerships with innovative cloud technology, customer-obsessed service, and accessible experts so their customers can focus on what they do best. To date, more than 120,000 companies in retail, grocery, distribution, supply, and logistics have chosen Our Client as their retail network.

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining products and services for the retail network. This includes initial design/build, ongoing changes, bug fixes, and ensuring high-quality solutions through rigorous testing and configuration management. You will validate requirements, determine intended retailer business data usage, and maintain retail-specific products. You will also execute test cases, perform network analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Your tasks will include:

  • Gathering and translating business requirements from external customers into internal canonical language.
  • Designing, maintaining, and testing retailer-specific products by analyzing industry and EDI requirements.
  • Overseeing end-to-end solution delivery, including mapping design, testing, data center setups, connectivity, and regression testing.
  • Reviewing and refining BA designs, ensuring adherence to best practices for high-quality solutions.
  • Defining and configuring retailer-specific setups and communication protocols.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align with internal strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring product consistency by considering each task holistically based on potential impact to multiple products and customers.

To be a good fit for the Associate Business Analyst role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience (ideally in IT-related studies).
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • Understanding data interchange systems.
  • Project management and client relationship experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with both speed and quality.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have:
  • Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Experience working with EDI.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI).
  • Experience in application programming, data mapping tools, or a combination of experience and education/training, preferably professionally.
  • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools.
  • Analytical and programming skills; Java preferred.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and querying.

Keys to success:

You will need to be a quick learner and adaptable within a feedback-driven culture. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as you will work with colleagues from various departments to deliver optimal solutions.

Reasons to join:

  • Work on a highly visible product using modern technologies.
  • Join a flexible team with a great culture.
  • Have an impact on architecture and team development.
  • Be part of a company that values innovation and corporate social responsibility.
  • Join a global brand involved in customer-centric projects.
  • Enjoy hybrid working options.
