BlackLine in Kraków seeks an Associate Software Engineer to join the development team. You will contribute to design, development, and maintenance of the finance automation platform, working hybrid from Kraków and collaborating with engineers and product managers across time zones.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full software lifecycle, write clean code, review peers, and learn new technologies while improving existing applications in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, Python, and at least one other modern language (Java/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Demonstrated learning mindset and ability to work across time zones.
