As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will support coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project and programme management workstreams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
  • Coordinate study activities including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  • Support development of study protocols, CRFs, and other documents.
  • Participate in data analysis and regulatory submissions; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

You will oversee project and programme management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.

  • Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.

  • Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.

  • Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Your Profile:

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
