Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in GL month end close and financial reporting.
• Part qualified accountant with working US GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with low-code analytics platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Effective communication in a variety of formats.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of delivering to timescales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close for compensation-related entries in GL.
• Deliver compensation expense analytics and reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Perform HR/payroll Balance Sheet analytics and reconciliation.
• Engage with HR teams, corporate functions, FP&A, Legal Entity Controllers, Tax, vendors and audit groups.
• Support SOX compliance and Risk & Control Self-Assessment activities.
• Document and maintain understanding of all activities.
