You will lead architecture initiatives across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and related domains, advancing MDM, RDM, data quality, and governance while enabling AI-ready data assets in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives.
• Experience with Clinical Development and R&D data domains.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures (data lakehouse, data mesh, medallion patterns).

This role will partner closely with the Senior Director to translate strategic vision into execution, ensuring the delivery of trusted, governed, and scalable data products that support critical R&D and enterprise decision-making.The **Associate Director, Enterprise Information Architecture** will play a key role in shaping and executing data architecture initiatives across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and other Enterprise domains.
