We are seeking an Associate Campaign Specialist to join the team to create, execute and measure customer engagement campaigns across the Airship channel portfolio. Our Strategic Services team is home to expert digital marketers and trusted advisors to the largest brands around the globe. We\'re looking for an Associate Campaign Specialist who is excited about digital marketing, curious about consumer behavior, and has a desire to continually expand their knowledge of digital platforms and marketing best practices. The ideal candidate is someone who feels at home working with data, loves exploring campaign concepts and best practices, and is eager to share that knowledge with our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for the successful execution of campaign messages and customer journeys
  • Manage the end to end campaign process incl. briefing, segmentation, a/b testing and customer approval
  • Build and leverage campaign and channel performance reports in Airship’s platform to deliver actionable insights and campaign recommendations to customers
  • Leverage HTML to tailor messages that require modification beyond the currently available functionality of the platform
  • Learn and apply digital marketing best practices across email, SMS, mobile, and web channels
  • Support wider Campaign Specialist team with campaign testing and Quality Assurance
  • Work with Strategic consultants and Customer Success Teams to increase customer platform adoption and improve time to value
  • Provide platform training/ retraining to customers as needed
  • Document and provide user feedback to Product and other internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on Airship feature, channel and functionality releases for campaign integration and strategic recommendations for customers
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment both within a team and independently
  • Strong project and time management skills to balance multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
We\'d Be Delighted If You Also Have
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns for a global brand and/or with a SaaS marketing company
  • Comfortable with mobile platforms including iOS and Android, as well as SMS, Mobile Wallet, Email and Web
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn basic HTML for message customization
  • Experience with one or more marketing technology solutions (Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, Adobe)
  • Experience with one or multiple business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
Work Location & Travel Requirements

Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Airship believes that flexible work contributes to a more productive and more equitable work environment, and that Airshippers are able to collaborate, innovate, and support one another across different locations and timezones.

Some roles may require that employees perform their work from a specific location to support business activities, and/or be within proximity to an Airship office location or customer or partner locations, while other roles can be performed 100% remotely.

This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager.

Compensation

Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.

The starting base pay range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role. In addition, Airship offers a robust benefits package as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
