Job summary

Agoda in Warsaw is seeking an entry-level Performance Marketing Analyst to support search, display, and data-driven optimization. You will experiment with ads on multiple engines and analyze outcomes.

Fresh grads with a quantitative degree, English fluency, and curiosity are valued, and you’ll work with Excel and data tools to build dashboards and insights.

• Modeling: Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments, develop models we can use for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
