Job description

Your Tasks

  • Supporting the Head of Global Procurement in all relevant topics;
  • Project-related support, or responsible processing of various strategic projects in the area or Global Procurement;
  • Creation of decision templates and presentations;
  • Project and Stakeholder Management;
  • Interdisciplinary cross-departmental and cross-company coordination;
  • Supporting the team in optimization of processes and implementation of internal projects to increase efficiency;
  • Organization and coordination of meetings.

Your Skills

  • Business administration/technical studies or comparable training with additional qualifications;
  • Several years of experience in similar roles;
  • Basic understanding of commercial and technical issues in machinery industry;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Knowledge of application programs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus);
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and resilience;
  • Willingness to learn, can do attitude, independence and self-confidence;
  • Capability to work both in the team and independently, target-oriented and ability to bring results even in difficult situations or high pressure;
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level); additional languages (e.g., German, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish) are a plus;
  • Intercultural competences in working with multicultural teams (Europe, Asia and America).
