Job summary

National Medicines Institute in Poland seeks a Pharmacy Researcher with a PhD and at least five years in analytical labs to lead XRPD/IR analyses and pharmaceutical testing. You will develop methods, interpret XRPD diffractograms, and contribute to publications and grants.

You will train staff, prepare reports for authorities, and ensure ISO 17025 compliance while staying current with literature through seminars and conferences.

Qualifications

PhD in pharmaceutical or chemical sciences and 5+ years in analytical labs.
Experience in pharmaceutical analysis using XRPD/IR/UV/ HPLC.
Active publication record (5+ papers) and leadership in projects.
Knowledge of ISO 17025:2018 and ICH guidelines.
Fluent Polish; strong English skills for scientific work.

Responsibilities

Conduct research within ongoing projects, including literature reviews and method development.
Analyze crystallographic data and disseminate findings via publications/conferences.
Train staff on XRPD and IR techniques; contribute to reports and expert opinions.
Prepare test reports, assess medicines and medical devices; ensure QA compliance.
Publish results, supervise interns, and participate in scientific trainings.
