Offer Description

1. Candidates eligible to participate in the competition:

• meet the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571);
• hold a medical degree diploma;
• hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in medical sciences;
• have teaching experience in the field of physiology;
• have a command of Polish sufficient to conduct classes with students.

Candidates applying for the competition are required to submit the following documents:

• an application for employment addressed to the Rector of The Mazovian University in Płock;
• a copy, certified by the candidate as true to the original, of the following documents:
  • a license to practice as a physician;
  • a medical degree diploma;
  • a document confirming the award of a doctoral degree (PhD) in medical sciences;
• copies of documents confirming professional experience and employment history, as well as documents confirming professional qualifications;
• a declaration of communicative proficiency in English;
• any other documents supporting the candidate’s application.

All documents must be signed by the candidate.

Selection process

The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

“Competition for the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of The Mazovian University in Płock – Competition No. 15”

to:

from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Candidates whose applications are not accepted by the Competition Committee will not be informed of the outcome of the procedure.

The University reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving a reason.

Winning the competition does not guarantee employment.

In the case of applications submitted by post, the date of receipt of the application by the University, rather than the date of the postal stamp, shall be decisive.
