Requirements

Research Field Chemistry Education Level PhD or equivalent

Requirements

• PhD degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in work with the differential scanning calorimeter.
• Proven experience in determination of liquid-liquid equilibria phase diagrams.
• Proven experience in calculation of thermodynamic parameters of liquid systems.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Holding a doctoral degree obtained in the year of employment in the project or within 12 years before 1 January of the year of employment in the project; this period may be extended in cases specified in the applicable regulations of the National Science Centre (NCN).

Job responsibilities

• Conducting scientific research and publishing results in reputable international journals.
• The successful candidate will conduct calorimetric research of the liquid-liquid equilibria. The candidate will also participate in tests and modification of measuring apparatus, search data bases and literature, and collect the data of liquid-liquid equilibria.

The final results will be announced on 16 November 2026.
