Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf is hiring a store manager-style role in a full-time capacity. You will support the Department Manager, lead the team on the floor, and drive strong performance through hands-on guidance.

You"ll train and motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and optimize merchandising with the buying team to ensure strong product availability. You should be passionate about fashion, analytical, and fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

• At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Passionate about delivering great customer service and creating positive experiences.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting the Department Manager in leading the team and driving strong performance through close collaboration
• Being actively present on the sales floor to guide and support daily operations
• Assisting in training, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Delivering excellent customer service through hands-on support and by leading by example
• Conducting regular merchandise analysis and optimizing the sales floor in line with visual merchandising guidelines and marketing strategies
• Assisting in collaboration with the buying team to enhance product selection and ensure strong availability

• You have at least 1 year of management experience, preferably in fashion—but experience in FMCG or other service-oriented fields is also welcome
• You’re passionate about delivering great customer service and creating positive experiences
• You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in with a hands-on approach
• You love fashion and lifestyle and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm
• You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
