4. Copy of the act of conferring the title of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/ lek. wet.) or equivalent.
5. List of scientific achievements.
6. Candidate's information on meeting the requirements for academic teachers employment (Annex 4 to the Statute of UWM in Olsztyn, table 5a).
7. Statement about the represented scientific field and discipline and authorizing to include the candidate in the number of employees conducting scientific activity in the veterinary discipline (N).
8. Copies of the documents confirming candidate's education.
9. Statement that University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn will be the primary place of employment.
10. Statement on the state of health allowing to work in the position specified in this announcement.
11. Consent to the processing of personal data.
12. Declarations of no criminal record for offenses specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, Art. 189a and Art. 207 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 17, as amended) and in the Act of July 29, 2005 on counteracting drug addiction (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 172 and Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2600), or for prohibited acts corresponding to these crimes, specified in the provisions of foreign law.

Gross salary for the assistant: 4806,00 – 5 000 PLN.
